Refund Policy

At YourGuidedCare, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality nurse navigation services. Because our services involve time, preparation, and personalized support, we maintain the following refund policy:

Subscription Services

  • All subscription payments are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Services will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused sessions once a new billing cycle has started.

One-Time Services (if applicable)

  • For any one-time consultation or service booked outside of the monthly subscription, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstance that prevented you from using your service, please reach out. We review these cases individually and may provide a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
